The OPW Way

What is the Opw way?

“The OPW Way” means breaking the mold and building solutions where others have fallen short. Sometimes that means fixing the mistakes of former providers—so our customers can stop worrying and finally trust that the work will be done right.

That trust is never taken lightly. Every time a customer chooses OPW, we see it as more than just a project—it’s a partnership. And we make it a point to show our gratitude sincerely, because earning and keeping your trust is at the heart of everything we do.

Safety at OPW

Protecting Your Property

At OPW, safety starts the moment we step onto your property. Every new site begins with a full Risk Inspection to identify potential hazards or unique challenges. Our field technicians operate with a “See Something, Say Something” mindset, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. Findings are communicated directly to you so we can work together to safeguard your property.

Protecting Our Team

We believe that keeping our team safe is the foundation of delivering great service. Every new hire completes a Safety Orientation covering equipment, trailers, and protocols. Field technicians are equipped with Tru-Glo HiViz SPF shirts, waterproof composite-toe BRUNT work boots, and full PPE. Our trucks carry OSHA-approved first aid kits, fire extinguishers, gloves, ear protection, and hydration supplies. We also hold monthly Safety Meetings tailored to seasonal risks—from heat precautions to winter weather protocols. For us, a day is only successful when every team member goes home safe.

Continuous Improvement

Safety isn’t a box we check—it’s something we practice daily. We constantly review job scopes, ask questions in the field, and adapt when needed. For example, when we identified recurring challenges with trailer tie-downs, we tested multiple solutions until we found the most reliable option. These improvements come from leadership being hands-on, listening to our teams, and taking immediate action.
